The award-winning Tivoli Greencity district in Laeken is exemplary in terms of sustainability, environmental protection, reduction of energy consumption, biodiversity and citizen participation. Within this framework, CLTB invited our team Kaderstudio + Atelier 4/5 to submit a design proposal for 22 dwellings based on their community-driven approach: an innovative and exemplary project in terms of circular economy, promoting living together.
